The Process

  • Assess

    First, I gather your concerns and other relevant information to ensure your treatment is individualized and you receive the most out of your session.

  • Treat

    Based on assessment results, I develop a treatment plan incorporating multiple techniques and therapies that are congruent with your desired outcome and needs.

  • Repeat

    The last phase incorporates utilizing techniques and therapies to continue to address your needs and reassessing to determine progress and assess new needs that may arise.
